Nice find! I could defiantly tell that this originally came from Detroit. The one thing also worth mentioning was that this was also shortly after when the then-Prevue Channel updated their logo and overhauled their graphics and segments one year before the TV Guide merger. I even remembered back in early 1998 (shortly after when Prevue Channel updated their look), our cable system (which was then TCI, now Comcast/Xfinity) still had the older 1996-era logo on the scrolling banner and didn't get the updated logo until sometime later on in 1998.

It looks like that the local stations shown on the channel line-up came from Traverse City/Cadillac, MI this time. A rare find from a smaller media market! You could also tell that the VHS recording was recorded from a cable box as the channels were flipped.
