Glitchy Screen Won't Stop

Why does my screen keep glitching? I followed all instructions for the Amiga 9.0.3 version but, for some reason, the screen keeps rapidly flickering a puke green color and just does not stop. Sometimes the Amiga will throw a software failure error too. Of course it works for everyone else except for me. And I 100% created an account to figure out how I can fix this because I couldn't ask otherwise. I've been trying to fix this problem for over 3 hours now to no avail despite me following the instructions to an absolute tee. I've even gone over them 10+ to make sure I didn't miss anything and I promise you, nothing was missed but instead I get this glitchy screen that flickers rapidly and won't stop. Does anyone PLEASE have any tips on how I can fix it??

For anyone else having this problem, it seems something happened in recent versions of WinUAE that made version 9.0.4 (mentioned as 9.0.3 here) glitch uncontrollably. Try downgrading your version back to 5.2.0 or older, or use another emulator.

I have since updated the emulation guide to reflect this.
