Any good PrevueCLI alternatives for older versions of Windows?

I run Windows 8.1 or under on all my computers. I've looked at genday and Prevue Channel Listings Sender but genday refused to work with my JSON file and Prevue Channel Listings Sender gave an error when I tried to do nearly anything. It seems there's nothing else out there but I really don't feel like setting up a Windows 10 or Linux VM. If anyone knows of any other programs or a way to get these two working it'd be greatly appreciated
