so the window title is actually not related to the software at all, the title is "Dr. Watson for Windows NT", which is a crash handler.
the filename of the software is displayed in the handler tho, which would help.

Potentially? Though after looking at the screenshot again, it looks like it's showing an error for 'MCSHIELD.EXE', which, not to be confused with another product called the same thing, seem to be a McAfee product of some sort.
