The discovery of the Prevue Guide disk (albeit a late TV Guide one) sure caught my attention when I saw the post about it over at the Sonic Retro forums. =)
Would be very cool if we did. I know one piece of Sneak Prevue hardware is known. Maybe I should contact those guys... http://www.amiga-hardware.com/showhardw ... ?HARDID=54

I don't know a ton about Sneak Prevue, I never really used it and there aren't too many videos about it on YouTube. I'm not entirely sure on how it worked, but I know there are multiple versions of it, and some of them ran off LaserDiscs.

Awesome, I'm glad my post brought someone over here! Out of curiousity, who are you over there? There are so many members that unless you're someone who I've known for ages, or someone who posts a shitton, I probably don't know who you are :(

I'm Schala over at both Sonic Retro and the Jul forums... well, Jul can be considered my main forum, but I rarely post at Retro anymore =P

50-60? Damn. Let's hope these are are Prevue/TV Guide/EPG systems :D
Ahhhhh dammit. These are apparently all Windows NT-based Zap2it channel (which I didn't know existed) and Teleguide systems. Nothing TV Guide related, even modern TV Guide equipment.
Gah, I need a Zap2it unit!

I figured out it works on Windows NT OSes, according to this image:

EDIT #1: I meant to say 'TV Guide Channel' unit, not Zap2it. They're both different, although they both seem to run off of Windows.
SUBEDIT: On a related note, I'm kinda interested in getting the software for those too..

Get the name of that software in that error, and I think finding it, will be 75% more easier. (Do not trust this, unless a hacker leaked the software)

Going to try and find it.

I doubt anyone released the software, it's very pretty rare to find nowadays.

EDIT #1: Can't seem to find the software name. Might need help.

EDIT #2: Identified this to be 'Dr. Watson for Windows NT:

running the image in a lot of programs to restore it.
after that, the name will be clear.

more than likely, this was some customized version of a another guide and slapped TV Guide Channel on it and put it on Win2k.

all i can read is "Volcom for Windows NT"
that might help a bit.
