Downloading Prevue software issues??

When I try to download an Amiga file for the emulator, it gives me a bunch of random characters and crashes my internet explorer... am I doing something wrong?
I'm a Weather Channel geek.
Owner of 2 WeatherStar Jr units and a WeatherStar 4000 unit

you need to download the ADF File Extension. including Notepad++ to edit the data.
