Re: Alternate CC logo
20thCenturyFan, Is the "CC" logo that you'd like to use like the one from this webpage: http://www.seeklogo.com/closed-caption-logo-31538.html? Yes, that's the one. The "tail" was facing the opposite direction on the one used in Prevue Guide, though. I am sure I can find a way t...

Re: Alternate CC logo
lol. Sorry about the confusion. On a website I searched the logos, they referred to the older logo, the one with the square shaped speech box, as the "vector" logo. Interesting to know that they're BOTH vector. I may try a side experiment to re-draw the old logo over the "CC&quo...

Alternate CC logo
I noticed from looking at some of the youtube videos of Prevue that somewhere between June 16, 1994 and August 26, 1995, the closed caption logo changed from the vector logo to the "CC" logo that we have on our ADF. (Last appearence of vector CC logo, 6-16-94) http://www.youtube.com/watch?...

Re: Keyboard Not Active. Help!
Press ESC to go to the menu screen. Select "Change Scroll Speed". While in the menu where you can change the scroll speed, type an excalamation point "!". Sometime you have to hold it a half second to get it to register. (Shift+1). If the "N" changed to "Y" on...

Re: where did everybody go?
I just tried emulating the A2-Black list using the Atari EPG-Jr, while utilizing my trick with KMPlayer. It isn't perfect, but I guess until the real thing turns up (which I am skeptical... unless someone can find a retired A1000 with a disk that made way for an A2000), there is always the option to...

More Curday.dat stuff
Upon fidding with the curday.dat, it seems that the "0" in the 0.DREV.5 has some significance regarding the clock. In our case, it has always been set to "0", but when I set it "1" (or any other number), the time goes back one hour each time I reload the listings with S...

Re: where did everybody go?
Hmm... unfortunately I have yet to figure that out. I tend to just re-adjust manually every time I load it up and it runs from there (since my Prevue Channel is "Part-Time" at the moment and as of right now I considered it 'normal' for me to have to adjust it on startup... I don't leave my...

Re: where did everybody go?
First thing is that under the preferences I made the visualizations as "black screen" and set it to hide the video during the play of audio. I have all subtitles (and tag info) disabled as well. The window is always on top, shuffle/repeat is on, etc. In the preferences under visualization,...

Re: Scroll Pause-start
Thank you so much! You didn't have to apologize... it wasn't THAT urgent
Its awesome that you found out those other features the way you did. I will have to keep the whole idea of building from scratch in mind. Happy hunting!
