Re: TV Station Simulator version 2 will be here later!!!
I have seen Bolt96's TVSS before, but I am curious... I wonder if there is some kind of "preview" or "screenshot" of this "Version 2.0" that is being discussed here that can prove its existance. (sort of like how we share our progress on the Prevue Guide experiment). If...

Re: Sneak Prevue Now Simulated
You did this in Powerpoint, correct? From what I have heard before, I do believe there is a way to insert the date/time into your "presentation" and have it update after each slide change, or even insert an HTML/Web based "applet" into it and have it function while it is running....

Re: More Curday.dat stuff
I'll leave that up to you. lol. I'm not very good at understanding code and disassembling a program. I don't mind testing theories, however (though I will continue to do so, as long as time permits). I would imagine that it would be neat to see what exactly the program expects from the listings in e...

Re: More Curday.dat stuff
More progress on the DREV experiment. As we all know, DREV5 has five flags per program in the listings (Timeslot, flag1, flag2, flag3, 0). I removed the last "0" from each program on my experimental curday.dat, and with it set to DREV4, I got the first test channel to appear completely cor...

Re: Alternate CC logo
In the days where technology did not permit the use of symbols (A2-Black, EPG), multiple-character "symbols" were created out of just ordinary letters, such as (CC) or (PG-13), just enclosing the needed letters in parentheses. Since the blue grid, things like that have been a single charac...

Re: Alternate CC logo
Prevue used one like the one you posted... but the tail facing the opposite side. So its actually the mirror image of the one you posted. If it has to do with the side the point is on, I would say it is of the "tail on the left" variety. On a side note, I got fontforge up but it does not a...
