Re: how do i fix Movie and TV Ratings?

I had a post from well over a year ago where I had posted my results with what did and did not work between modifying the contents of the ADF and the contents of the HD image, but it seems to slip my grasp at the moment. I know that all the INI files and all DAT files appear to be able to be modifie...

Re: SOPA & PIPA

I'm sure that this was intended as a reply to another post. While this post's topic is still an issue, I posted it a long time ago. It's ok... I was looking for the previous related posts with regards to Prevue music being used on modern TV, but I couldn't find it either

Re: New youtube videos

The only reason I had them is so that an archive could be kept of all Prevue channel videos that were ever on Youtube (I downloaded all of them that weren't emulators). When one was taken down, I would later reupload it so that those in this forum would have access to it to be able to use them as ex...

Re: Curday.Dat editor?

Any preferred hex editor will do, and you don't need to be a programmer to be able to use it (otherwise I wouldn't have been able to make my own  ). If you are using Windows, XVI32 will work perfectly, and there are examples of listings all over this forum you can model yours off of.

Re: Curday.dat Data Format

Tin: Were those live listings on that youtube video, or were they updated automatically by the feed you routed into the emulator? That is the sort of thing that I have never been able to figure out, but I believe would be awesome if I got it working on my setup. But all I have is Comcast and no way ...

Re: Curday.dat Data Format

mine is kinda based on SkyPerfecTV in japan. it was formally DirecTV Japan when Primestar Prevue was on in America back in 1998. @kwest93: Good. Cable guides are anywhere around the world depending in your area. Just try to buy a TV guide or look for the EPG in your SkyPerfecTV box. Anyway, if foun...

Re: Logos don't work

I know from experience (at least from what I have seen) that my logos will not work unless they are on the ADF. It does not matter if they are compressed or not (I never compressed mine). I would try moving your graphics to the ADF while keeping the .dat files on the HD. I briefly touched on this su...

Re: 1993 Font trick! (A Fact)

I do believe that mixed case began appearing in early 1994. This is from 3/25/94: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2SkTfUvp63w June 16, 1994 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KwS0ahBbf4U All videos 1994 and later on youtube appeared with mixed case. The following video is the latest shown occurence of th...
