I'm sure that this was intended as a reply to another post. While this post's topic is still an issue, I posted it a long time ago. It's ok... I was looking for the previous related posts with regards to Prevue music being used on modern TV, but I couldn't find it either

Any preferred hex editor will do, and you don't need to be a programmer to be able to use it (otherwise I wouldn't have been able to make my own ). If you are using Windows, XVI32 will work perfectly, and there are examples of listings all over this forum you can model yours off of.
