Familyvue vs. Prevue Family

I've been wondering whats the difference between familyvue and prevue family? Did familyvue's name just change to prevue family in 98 or are they separate programs?

I believe when Prevue overhauled their programming in 1998, they renamed FamilyVue to Prevue Family. However, it happened at a different time, had a different look, and had a different voiceover person.
