Wiki uploads are broken

When I try to upload a file to the wiki, i get this:
Internal error
From Prevue Guide Wiki

The upload directory (public) is not writable by the webserver.

Now when I try to upload something, I get this:

Whoops. Looks like server permissions got more screwed up than I thought when I switched servers a few days ago. Try it again.
