Instant Entertainment Network Simulaton/Emulation? (90s/00s Hotel TV In-Room Movie On-Demand Service)

i have been trying to get this emulator off the ground for many years but I couldn't find the right site.

Instant Entertainment Network was a hotel TV service and has gone the way of the dinosaur. However some have fondness of this service and with streaming I think it needs to be emulated on PC/Xbox Series X/S.


We need late 90s/early 00s preview channel simulations, a CG/Sprite animation of the phones, movies in the resolution they were shown in, a UI when activated and remote animations.
