Tripped across a thread on the old interactive tan guide still on a box in 2015, and apparently still working. A remnant of Prevue I guess!

that's not an executable as it's saying, that's an LHA archive (like .zip in modern times).

When the workbench drawer is open, try holding Right Mouse, go to the Window menu, then select "clean up". See if it appears.
