Re: New youtube videos
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=71rAJi4wprA From a private torrent site, here's a Prevue recording from 1998. Contains some credit commercials and Prevue Family. Seems to be from Detroit. Nice find! I could defiantly tell that this originally came from Detroit. The one thing also worth mentioning w...

Re: Since when did Pop still have scrolling listings?
Sorry to bump, but here's another recent video of the renegade TV Guide Channel from Spectrum in Tampa, FL. Again, instead of simulcasting the actual Pop feed, Spectrum in Tampa Bay simulcasts the local Bay News 9 feed. Recently, Bay News 9 renamed itself now as "Spectrum Bay News 9". Cour...

Re: New youtube videos
Not massively interesting but the 2nd half of this view had been deleted off youtube ages ago. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gd8eWD7NEvc The one thing that I noticed in the last video clip (the one that was taken from March 15, 1993 from a New Jersey-based Comcast system), is that while the older...

Re: New youtube videos
Sorry to bump, but I've found a newly unearthed Electronic Program Guide video from June 7, 1988. https://youtu.be/qfE7it6FPMU This video originally came from YouTuber Mark Davis (who also previously uploaded previous classic EPG/Prevue Guide-related videos before). He mentioned that he recently fou...

Re: Since when did Pop still have scrolling listings?
Here's another rare and recent, but also usually configured "TV Guide Network"-style grid listings find: https://youtu.be/7sGkh2ngMX8 Weaherman99 recently posted a video that features another one of the last surviving "TV Guide Network"-style Pop grids. This came from Charter Spe...

Re: Since when did Pop still have scrolling listings?
Cool! I've never knew the Pop even still had the old "TV Guide"-era theme. I think TV Guide first started using it around either 2005 or 2006 I think? I haven't seen that design since we canceled Comcast in 2008 (and they were even still broadcasting in analog in my area back then). What's...

Re: New youtube videos
From Sunflower Cablevision: 5/23/90: https://youtu.be/LG5N4oe4t3E Amazingly enough, the entire 1 hour and 23 minutes of "Prevue Guide". Nice seeing those newly discovered Prevue Guide promos from 1990. I could have sworn on one have the promos (the one with the celebrity's talking about P...

Re: Interesting Tidbits
Sorry for bumping, but I have some sad news to talk about: recently, I looked on Google Streetview for TV Guide's headquarters in Tulsa, OK, and the Streetview captures had been updated just last December, and it appears that the former Prevue/TV Guide headquarters at 7140 S. Lewis Ave. is no more. ...
