I myself found a copy of those buried deep within my $HOME (I was doing some cleaning) under the directory name "pg_amiga_pics" and a modification time of "May 15 16:06:02 2010" (US Pacific time). I suspect they were originally posted here around that time.

I remember passing that building in May 2011 (when I still lived in the area), and it still had the TV Guide and Rovi logos on it at the time.

Additionally, some of the 1989 film UHF was shot there (search for "Kensington Galleria").
