Spam

Hi all,

I see the board got properly spammed over the last week or so, including it seems some lovely PMs.

Should be back to normal now, aside from those PMs that I can't delete - they should show as from users no longer registered.

Sorry for the interruption!

Cheers

Re: WinNT-based TVGN?

Yeah that's all that I've ever seen. Might be worth a quick search around I suppose. Again surprised at how smooth they managed to make it, so would be interested to see quite what it runs on.

I think it's quite quiet these days! All good here, a little busy for Prevue but still quite interested in it.

Re: Brand new around here - where do I start?

No such thing exists really and the "tools" such as they are are quite rough and ready, so it requires delving in, and learning along the way.

I don't think it's too difficult really, just a little daunting to start with.

Re: Brand new around here - where do I start?

Hi, welcome, there's not many newcomers around these parts! As @mediabrat mentioned I created a HTML5 simulator I called pgweb quite some time ago, but development has all but stopped. You can check it out on the link @mediabrat posted. There are enough instructions there and in the archives that ar...

Re: PGweb code

Just updated index.html with a hack to stop the font check code working. It checked the properties of the original bitmap font that @rudyvalencia had made, to see if it has the proper fonts available, and this failed both in checking the font name and the dimensions since the new truetype fonts were...
