likely the data format needed to be keep the same or at the state the NT based hardware sourced the data from the analog c band feed.

Look at how long the old Weather Star lasted and how long the weather channel had an Videocipher ii feed.

Sad news in the past few months for what's left of Prevue Interactive... the platform is soon to be replaced by what Rovi calls "TotalGuide" and what Comcast calls "X1." That said, the new guide looks a LOT nicer than the current i-Guide ;) http://files.shareholder.com/downloads...
