[Release] 2400 Baud Data Format Documentation

Here's something I've been wanting for a long time, that I'm thrilled to have recently uncovered: original documentation for the 2400 baud data feed! Here are the documents: http://prevueguide.com/Documentation/K_Command.pdf http://prevueguide.com/Documentation/f_Command.pdf http://prevueguide.com/D...

TiVo “Preview Channel”

TiVo has launched a new “Preview Channel”, which is kinda funny, especially considering TiVo probably still owns the “Prevue” trademark: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T4Lo6_KBa0w

[Download] International Prevue Software 7.8.2c

Hey everyone, I have another software release to share today! This time, it's international versions of the Prevue Software - nearly the same revision as the one I posted last week, but a slightly different release (7.8.3 vs. 7.8.2c). One notable thing about the international builds of the Prevue so...

Re: [Release] Prevue Software 7.8.3

YESS!!! I've been wanting a version of the software with this intact!! :D Also, how come the background image for CTRL data isn't being rendered? It's because I don't have a brush registered on the disk where I'm running the software. However, I do believe this style (no brush) was used on the chan...

Arix,

Since you have some listings that built, is there a way that you could upload the curday that builds off of it?

I would like to see if there are any differences that may appear in curday from version 7 and version 9,
Sure thing!

Re: [Release] Prevue Software 7.8.3

Great finds! I hadn't seen the full screen mode thing and it certainly does the trick. Here's another thing I found... if you send a "little f" command (so not mode "F", but mode "f", which has a different format and is probably best documented here ), and you set the 7th argument to "S" rather than...

Links do not work. Both of them redirect to "404 Not Found" pages.
Sorry about that - fixed!

[Release] Prevue Software 7.8.3

Hi all, I have something exciting to share today! It's another version of the Amiga Prevue software (aka "ESQ"). Specifically, this is version 7.8.3, and appears to have been built in fall of 1996. For comparison, the version that we already have is 9.0.4, from late '99 or early 2000. http://prevueg...

Re: What are you doing today?

It's great, thanks for asking :)

Working on trying to get CTRL data working on Amiga ESQ so that I can emulate the top half video feed of the Prevue Channel (sorry if that's too on topic...)
